1. 1 Pack spicy pork sausage (15 to 20 ounce)
2. 1 Pack of cream cheese, softened (10 ounce)
3. 25 Jalapeno peppers
4. Sufficient turkey bacon toothpicks
Preheat the electric griddle on high heat. Then lightly oil the griddle.
Cook the sausage on broil king PCG-10 portable griddle over medium heat, until the sausage gets brown, and set aside. Slice the peppers in half lengthwise while the sausage is cooking, remove and discard the seeds and membrane. Insert cream cheese in one half of each pepper, and sausage in the other half. Hold both half’s of pepper together, and wrap with bacon to hold secure with a toothpick.
Grill jalapeno peppers for about 20 minutes, turning to ensure even cooking until pepper is toasted and bacon is crisp.
